Return Policy

You can return any timepiece purchased from Haigh & Hastings except special/custom order items. Items must be returned and received in their original, unused condition within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price paid.

Warranty Returns:

30 Day return policy:

To return your watch please contact us within 30 days via the form below and we will get in touch to guide you through the return process listed below

1)Proof of Purchase: You may need to provide a copy of your order invoice and purchase date.

2)Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the watch back to us in its original condition and packaging. It is also the customers responsibility to ensure we receive the watch. We recommend using a shipping method with full tracking.

3)Inspection: Once we receive the watch our watchmaker in Perth will inspect the watch thoroughly to ensure everything is in its original condition.

4)Refund: After inspection if all is found to be as new, a refund for the full amount paid to us will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
