Purchased a metal strap that was not suitable to me, Haig and Hastings to their credit gave me a full refund for the item. Highly recommend this company for their after sales service.

I could not use the metal bracelet due to no micro adjustment. The stap was either to tight or to loose for my 7 inch wrist, better to stick with the strap supplied on the watch.
