Were will my order be shipped from and when?

East Coast orders will be shipped from our Melbourne warehouse.

West Coast orders will be shipped from our Perth warehouse.

Domestic and International orders will be shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation. 

How will my item be sent and how long will it take to arrive?

Domestic orders will be shipped by Australia Post* and Australia Post Express*. 

Shipping time: 3-5 business days.

International orders will by shipped by DHL Express*.

Shipping times: 5-7 business days.

*Tracking numbers and a tracking link will be provided by email for all orders at time of dispatch.

Shipping times can occasionally be longer due to circumstances outside our control

Does my watch come with warranty and what does it cover?

Yes, all Haigh & Hastings timepieces come with a 2 year international warranty for the original purchaser. 

The warranty covers manufacturing faults only. It does not cover damage or wear and tear of the Crystal, Crown, Strap or Clasp/Buckle.

The warranty does not cover damage to the watch that is a result of impact damage such as being dropped or incorrect use. 

Can I get spare parts for my watch or get it fixed out of warranty?

Yes, please submit a service & repairs request via our get-in-touch form and we will reach out to you usually inside one business day.

Can I return my watch?

You can return any Haigh& Hastings timepiece purchased from us within 30 Days of receiving it for a full refund of the price you paid.
